TRANSCRIPTION TECHNOLOGY

Physicians can dictate medical reports using our secure Dictation Platform. Transcribed reports can be accessed in a safe and secure manner using our encrypted cloud-based platform. All our platforms are password protected.

VISUAL TRANSCRIPTION

We transcribe reports using Handwritten Physician notes, instead of dictations. This would save dictation time for the physicians.

Pain Management: We prepare reports for Initial Visits, Follow-up Visits, Peer-to-Peer Visits, Supplemental Reports for patients with Work Comp related injuries, Personal Injury, or PVT. Insurance.

IME/AME/QME/PQME: We prepare Doctor’s First Report, Initial Visits, Follow-up Visits, Peer-to-Peer Visits, Supplemental Reports for patients with Work Comp related injuries, Personal Injury, or PVT Insurance related. We offer this service to physicians performing IME/AME/QME/PQME evaluations – Workman’s Comp related process.

Physical Therapy: We transcribe reports for Initial Visit, Follow-up Visits, as well as Re-Evaluation for our Physical Therapy clients who use NervoMatrix device for Trigger Points Impedance Imaging (TPII) and Localized Intense Hyperstimulation Analgesia Treatment.
